Visiting classrooms and talking to kids about the writing and creative process is one of Susan’s favorite things to do. This author experience is interactive and fun. Susan covers the writing and creative process, empowers the kids to connect to their innate imaginations, answers questions and is happy to provide a book signing/photo opportunity.

Susan’s message to parents and educators is how important it is to help our children realize magic is always in reach, and how exciting adventures can help our children to remember that. “We want our little ones to realize that they are powerful, creative, and able to make a difference in the lives of others. As parents and caregivers of our children, it’s important we find moments on a daily basis to demonstrate principles of kindness, confidence, and encouragement that will support their inner creativity and a positive mindset. My hope is that by reading a fun adventure where the kids are the hero’s and connected to a magical environment, it will foster a sense of empowerment and normalize the child’s own innate creativity and value to the world,” shares Steinman.
